More improvements at the lake …

The lakeside building is resided!  There is

 some trim and finish work to do yet but

we will continue to do more as we can.

Our drainage project … 

has also been completed.  Thanks to the cooperative efforts of the TIPPECANOE WATERSHED FOUNDATION, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, CARDNO JFNEW AND STANGER EXCAVATING we now have two sediment basins, two bioswales and proper drainage along W17 and W17A to help control the erosion washouts and sediment going into Webster Lake.  By getting this problem under control we can make plans in the future to repair our boat ramp.

Our Facility

We are located on the east side of Webster Lake.  We have a 4 1/2 acre facility with 50 ft of lakefront, a showroom/shop/retail store, two storage buildings and a small building at the lakefront next to our boat ramp.  Our ramp is open 24/7 and we ask a small fee of $3.00 for use of the ramp.
